These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website jaivictoragro.store and the Book An Event mobile application (together, the “Platform”), and every booking you make through them. The Platform is operated by Book An Event (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Platform or making a booking, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who may use the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You must provide true and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password confidential and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
• We may suspend or close any account that provides false information, misuses the Platform, or breaches these Terms.

2. Our services

• We offer event decoration, entertainment, sound and lighting, photography and related services and packages for occasions such as weddings, engagements, birthdays, baby showers, traditional ceremonies, anniversaries and house warmings.
• Photos on the Platform show the style of each package. Flowers, fabrics, colours and props may vary with season and availability; we will always use items of similar look and quality.
• Customisations (colours, themes, names, extra items) are agreed with you after booking and may change the price. Any change in price is confirmed with you before we proceed.

3. Prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is issued for every booking.
• Prices are for the package as described. Travel to venues outside our usual service area, venue charges, permissions or extra hours may cost extra; we will tell you before confirming.
• If a package is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the booking and refund you in full. We will inform you before doing so.

4. Bookings

• Placing an order is a booking request. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm the event date, time and venue with you and, for prepaid bookings, receive payment.
• Bookings are subject to the availability of our team on your event date. If we cannot serve your date or venue, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
• Please give us the correct event date, time, venue address and an on-site contact number. Changes to the date or venue are accepted subject to availability.

5. Payment

• You may pay by UPI, credit card, debit card or net banking through our payment partner Razorpay, or by Cash on Delivery / payment on the event day where we offer it.
• Card, UPI and net-banking details are handled entirely by Razorpay. We never receive or store them.
• If a payment fails but money is debited, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Contact us if it is not.

6. On the event day

• You must arrange access to the venue for our team for setup and dismantling, at the times agreed, along with any permission the venue requires.
• Power supply needed for lighting, sound and similar equipment must be available at the venue unless your package says otherwise.
• Our rented items (props, stands, lights, sound equipment, booths) remain our property. Loss of, or damage to, rented items caused by guests or the venue beyond normal use may be charged to you.
• We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by weather, venue restrictions, government orders or other events beyond our control. Where an event cannot go ahead for such reasons, we will work with you on a new date or a refund as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Photos of our work

We may photograph our decoration setups for our portfolio. We will not publish photos in which you or your guests can be identified without your consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on the Platform when you make a booking applies to that booking.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
